Phuket International Airport, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) jointly conserved and rehabilitated marine resources, especially coral reefs, with Sirinat National Park  in Phuket Province, on 13 January 2021. In this regard, AOT supported rubber rafts and provided staff in collaboration with local volunteers and officers from Sirinat National Park, Marine National Park Operation Center, Local Diving Association and private sector to dive underwater in the area of coral reefs at Koh Waeo, Sirinat National Park, to collect garbage and marine toxication such as seine, fishnet, fishery tools and garbage totaling 200 kilograms of marine debris. At present, the coral reefs which are known as a shelter to marine lives have vastly been damaged at a critical stage.
