Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, commonly known as AOT, has its headquarters located at 333 Cherdwutagard Road, Sikan Sub-district, Don Mueang District, Bangkok Thailand, 10210. AOT is a state-owned enterprise operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, with the Ministry of Finance serving as the major shareholder. The company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the Services Industry sector, specifically in the Transportation and Logistics business category, on September 30, 2002. At that time, it transformed from the Airports Authority of Thailand into the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited through corporatization under the securities symbol ” AOT “.
AOT is responsible for the operation and management 6 major airports in Thailand: Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang International Airport, Phuket International Airport, Chiang Mai International Airport, Hat Yai International Airport, and Mae Fah Luang-Chiang Rai International Airport. AOT provides services for both domestic and international flights, with Suvarnabhumi Airport serving as the country’s main aviation hub.

These investments include one subsidiary – Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel Company Limited (SAH), in which AOT holds shareholding exceeding 50% and 11 associated companies, in which AOT holds shareholding below 50%, as listed below:
