Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) will keep information about corruption complaints or whistleblowing confidential. Taking into consideration the safety of complainants and whistleblowers, sources of information and people concerned, AOT will not disclose such information to other people, and provides protection: intimidation and threats are not tolerated, and AOT’s executives may not dismiss, suspend from office, discipline or threaten any AOT employee who complains or blows the whistle, including anyone who gives cooperation or assistance to an investigation in good faith.

In case a corruption complaint is proved to be false following the complainant’s deliberate distortion of information or malicious slander of another person, the complainant is guilty of a disciplinary offence or liable under related laws.

How to submit a report

Reports can be submitted through the online form on the Thai version of this page (attachments up to 5 files, 10 MB each: .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .pdf), or via the AOT Contact Center 1722.
